The company HTP s.r.o. was established February 2, 1996. Initially the firm resided in Kamenice nad Lipou, south part of the Czech Republic. In the beginning, HTP focused on consulting, counseling, and mediating activities in the field of engineering parts production. In the following years, the focus of the firm shifted mainly to the trading and manufacturing activities. During the following years there was a vast development of manufacturing activities; therefore, in 2004 HTP moved from limiting spaces to the new, own property in Žirovnice. The new building seats main offices and production shop with storage area.

In year 2007 the company moved into a building of a former textile factory ELEGA Žirovnice a.s. This solution assures adequate space for the long-term development of HTP s.r.o.
